This is the staff of 3rd i connections.
Today, introducing “Masuya Shoten” close to the Toritsu University station.
This is a long-established bread shop since 1950 and holds the main shop in Obihiro-shi Hokkaido.
They created their first shop in Tokyo in November 2016 with the hope to get more people to know the charm of Hokkaido ingredients.
About a 5-minute walk from the station.
The stylish appearance is a landmark, and the good smell of bread spills outside of the shop♪
Entering the shop is a lineup of tasty looking bread.
Here they sell soft bread mainly, which are all made from 100% Tokachi wheat.
The ingredients used for the side dish bread also uses only Hokkaido-made products.
What drew my attention, was the pop that wrote “wouldn’t you try different types of wheat from Tokachi?”
Here they sell chabata made from two kinds of wheat, and you can try out the difference of each wheat.
I tried them, and the mouth touch of each was very different!
Other than this, there was the shops most popular “smooth cheese bread”, and originally made-in Hokkaido red bean past bread, and so many others that I want to try.
Next time, I would like to challenge the ones I couldn’t have this time around＾＾
