We have received a notification from Cyberagent that partial charged members of the video broadcasting service of FRESH!”HMC(Hiro Mizushima Channel)”has been automatically updated in terms of withdrawal.

 

Today, through the FRESH! News Media of “DAIRY FRESH!” has written official apologies and guide to follow, so we will notify it here.

 

We are very disappointed to this as well.
For those who apply to this, apologies for the inconvenience, but please follow the guide below.

As for the “HMC(Hiro Mizushima Channel)” paid membership broadcasting which has ended in 6/19, the previous notification(https://hiro-mizushima.com/6125)mentions that “For users listening through a computer or an iOS would not need to go through the procedure since the paid member data will be automatically deleted at Cyber Agent Inc.” was noted. However, due to a misconduct on the FRESH! side, it has been clear that the withdrawal procedure was not successfully done.

 

We apologize beginning with the numerous customers and 3rd i connections and channel relations for the trouble and inconvenience caused.

 

*As of 7/28, all users of PC and iOS continuous charge cancellation has been handled.

 

FRESH! will refund all users registered as members in our channel. For customers who had not completed the cancellation process by 7/28, and withdrawal has been made, please follow the guide below.

 

【Refund Process】
・Opening the FRESH! application (on the FRESH!! site for computers) on the payment registered terminal (smartphone, computer) and contacting using 【Contact us】mentioning the refund request.
*At this point, automatically the User ID will be included in the mail but please do not delete and send it.
*Please provide the channel name “HMC”.
* “Contact us” is within the “settings” for smart phones, and for computers there is a contact on the bottom of the page.
*Please be aware that junk mail settings may not allow the email to be received.
*If there is no reply to the contact, please check the mail settings and re-send.
・We will explain the procedure of the refund method in details in the reply.

 

【Important notification for the Android terminal】
For those who applied for the payment through an Android terminal, withdrawal procedure must be taken by the user themselves or the channel withdrawals will automatically be updated. Please follow the following procedure and proceed to the cancellation procedure. (it will be automatically updated a month after the registration. For those who registered early, there is the need to withdraw by 8/19).

 

1. Open Google Play from the Google Play store.
2. Tap through Menu > [Account] > [Regular Purchase].
3. Search the regular purchase to cancel.
4. Tap [Cancel].
※Please be aware that uninstalling the application, or deleting does not lead to cancellation.
