This is the staff of 3rd i connections.
‘Mr. FARMER’ who has 4 cafes and restaurants in the city as ‘Health and beauty comes from food’as their theme.
The other day, within them I visited the Komazawa Olympic park shop which had just opened in March.
The shop if placed in the beautiful greens within the park.
Being close to Komazawa University station, there were mainly families and students, people having lunches on their way back from running in the park, and with people giving the impression of healthiness
The shop with a high room giving openness.
The 4 types of flavored water near the entrance where people serve themselves, each have written on them what it contains and when it is recommended.
The flavored water is found in many places recently, but you can tell the shops choices ＾＾
The food menu here is divided in to three categories of ‘vegan’ ‘gluten free’ and high-protein low-calorie ‘athlete’, and varies from salad and omelet, pasta, hamburger, curry and more.
The menu is thought out using vegetable ingredients and superfoods enabling food that you try to avoid during diets could be eaten.
This day, to share with my friend, each ordered a plate, of green curry and herb roast chicken plate.
The green curry rice is not white rice, but is a mixture of brown rice and Keanu.
They were all very fulfilling and tasty yet is healthy making it not regretful which was nice.
There were many customers with their pets on the terrace seats♪
There is a shop space next to the café restaurant where you could buy for to go and easily enjoy cold press juice and smoothies ♪
‘Mr.FARMER’ holds farmers markets where neighboring farmers can seel their vegetables, parenting eat-grow events, interacting events for pet owners, regularly.
If there was such a shop nearby, probably would go every weekend♪
The other shops are also situated in an accessible area so please shop by.
